Banana Ice Cream

Well, have just tasted this amazing ice cream at a friends so had to go home and try it for myself because guess what's in it? 

Bananas ------- yep that's it- just Bananas.

Slice them, freeze them, whisk them in your food processor and that is it!

Of course you can add cream ,crystalized ginger, cardamom,vanilla ,pecans ,salted almonds whatever floats your boat

but honestly - it is delicious just as it is .
